Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Proposed multiple, individual design concepts for complete device
Met to discuss the merits of each design and formulate possible team concepts
Tested the feasibility of machining silicone
Explored the possibility of cryo-machining with an actual silicone sample
Scheduled meeting with sponsor for Friday to present preliminary ideas and to view a full run of the WinCF test
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Proposed individual concepts for design
Met to discuss concepts and discovered areas that needed further research
Refined preliminary designs as a team through Onshape, to discuss with sponsor

Version Mk. 1
Performed risk reduction testing to determine the machinability of silicone
Even after being cooled with dry ice, end mill did not make clean cuts through silicone. May need to turn to silicone molding/alternate materials.
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Refine & finalize design as a team (TEAM)
Review design with sponsor on Friday 04/01/16 (TEAM)
Observe full dry run of sponsor's WinCF procedure on Friday 04/01/16 (TEAM)
Order raw materials (Tianyang, Edwin)
3D print mold for silicone part (Reiley, Connor)
Risks and Areas of Concern
Machinability/moldability of silicone
