My work spans restorative justice practice, program leadership, education, facilitation, public scholarship, media, and grassroots field-building. I am currently completing my M.A. in Restorative Justice at Eastern Mennonite University's Center for Justice and Peacebuilding and serving as a Graduate Assistant with the Zehr Institute for Restorative Justice.
My CV reflects fifteen years of direct restorative justice practice and field-building, grounded in a longer trajectory of social healing, lived experience, public education, dialogue, and justice-system inquiry.
I am currently open to adjunct teaching opportunities, particularly remote and hybrid appointments, as well as organizational strategy and restorative justice consulting engagements.
My areas of teaching and consultation include restorative justice and restorative practices, trauma-responsive practice, community conferencing, organizational and workplace transformation, conflict and relational systems, facilitation, and restorative approaches to power and difference.
I welcome inquiries from universities, organizations, justice-system partners, and community-based programs interested in teaching, consultation, collaboration, or future opportunities.
