Transfer Course Development Canvas is a hub for faculty on how to develop a course, how to build or find OER resources, and how to join an active or emerging course development group.
Course Development Faulty Interest Form collects faculty information as ongoing recruitment for course development unfolds; cohort recruitment align with the VCCS Dean's Course Review Committee meetings.
Course Review or Revision Request - Request the team revisit the course description, prerequisites, or any other course information. This will go to the Transfer Virginia team for next steps, which may include meetings with faculty or academic administrators at two-year and four-year institutions.
The Passport and UCGS course rosters are maintained by SCHEV. Each course on those rosters has gone through a comprehensive review process within the State Committee on Transfer. Updated Passport and UCGS lists are maintained on SCHEV's transfer policy documents.

Descriptions of all VCCS courses are available in the VCCS Master Course File, which is updated within a couple months of the approval by the VCCS Dean's Course Review Committee. Transfer Virginia courses include a detailed outline and a statewide designation statement.

Course process tracking shows the status of all courses undergoing Transfer Virginia revision.
The Approved Transfer Virginia courses spreadsheet (located under "Transfer Virginia Course Information" heading) shows DCRC-approved courses with implementation semester, as well as courses being phased out and replaced by TVA courses. This spreadsheet is accessible only to VCCS staff. You may be prompted to log in to Sharepoint / VCCS Intranet to access this document.
Master Four-Year Equivalency Database - This repository of all Transfer Virginia courses and four-year equivalencies is made available through four-year academic administrators; administrators can add their equivalencies by accessing the "Start Here" tab and following the directions.
