Field Placement Spring 2025

For my  Spring 2025 Field Placement, I had the opportunity to observe an Early Intervention classroom at Johnson Elementary School in Charlottesville, Virginia. This group was taught by Ms. Paige Lindblom, who was incredibly experienced and a wonderful mentor. These classrooms were comprised of small groups of children age 2 to 3 who were either confirmed to or suspected to be on the autism spectrum. During my time there, I observed and aided in constructive play, speech therapy, reading, art projects, and many other classroom activities.
