REGISTRATION FEE
Attendee Registration Fee - $175*. The fee covers the cost of all programming and conference meals. This is a flat fee with no partial day nor guest rate options. Please note: Hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee. Registrants are responsible for making and managing their own lodging.
Sponsor Registration Fee - Included in sponsorship package. Refer to Sponsors page for more information including sponsorship levels, lodging, and registration deadline.
COLLECTION OF REGISTRATION FEE
Community College Employees/System Office Employees only: No payment is due now. The business office at the System Office collects registration fees in bulk directly from each community college/SO department as opposed to each VCCS employee paying individually at the time of registration. Please save a copy of your registration confirmation for your records, should your College's business office require it for documentation.
Sponsors and Non-VCCS Attendees only: Remit payment by check postmarked by the registration deadline: April 1, 2024

REFUND/CANCELLATION
