Hotel Reservation questions? 

• Contact the hotel directly (contact number is listed on the Lodging page)

• A credit card will be required when making a hotel reservation and a credit card must be presented upon check-in. It is the responsibility of each attendee to make their own hotel arrangements and follow hotel policies for reservation deadlines, adjustments, cancellations, and no-shows. It is the responsibility of each hotel guest to review their bill for accuracy before checking out. Failure to do so may result in payment issues.
