Our Mission is to foster positive youth development through activities designed to increase self-esteem, build a sense of community, and provide positive adult relationships that allow effective interventions with youth and their families.

Programs, Services, and Community Partnership
ECR has been supporting youth and families since 1978. With the help from state and local grants/foundations as well as individual donations and gifts, all ECR programs are free for K-12th grade youth and families.

Looking for help with rent, groceries, gas, clothing items, laundry, hygiene products, insurance navigation? ECR’s Family Resource Facilitator & Community Navigator, Ryan Stewart, helps families get connected with our city’s and county’s community support network and resources.
