Google Classroom

Clever Portal

Students will use the Clever Portal to login to the various sites that will be used throughout the day. Click here to access the portal.  Students will use their email address and their elw_ _ _ _ _ (each student will have a unique 5 digit code).

Scholastic Book Club

One of the most rewarding experiences is to help children travel down the path of literacy, becoming readers, writers, and lovers of books. Book clubs offer a variety of books and learning materials. If anything interest you and your child:

1. Fill in the order form

2. Make a check payable to Mrs. DeMaso or send cash

3. Put order form and money in an envelope and label the front “Book Club”

4. Or, order online at www.scholastic.com

Birthdays

Elwood School is utilizing a no food birthday celebration policy. Children may celebrate their special day. Recommendations for celebrating include donating a book to the class or school library, donating a game to the classroom, or by passing out pencils, bookmarks, erasers, or other supplies that students can use. We have 20 children in our class. If your child has a summer birthday, we can still celebrate during the school year. Summer birthday children may want to celebrate his or her half-birthday.
