Important Travel / Cancellation Considerations
Please note the following considerations when making your arrangements.
It is STRONGLY recommended that delegates book refundable / changeable flights and/or secure travel insurance.
Registration cancellations received before December XX, 2023 will be refunded fully, minus bank charges.
Registration cancellations received before January XX, 2024 will be charged a 100 EUR service fee and bank charges.
Registration cancellations received on or after January XX, 2024 cannot be refunded, due to hotel and booking costs incurred by ELMLE.
If circumstances dictate that the in-person conference must be canceled, ELMLE will refund registration fees.
