Angelina Castellani, MA

Angelina completed her undergraduate work at Shippensburg University, earning a B.A. in Psychology. She then attended Wake Forest University where she completed a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in School Counseling. Angelina then moved to Pittsburgh where she was a therapist at a charter school and residential treatment facility for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. In order to expand her experience base, she began working as a case manager for homeless and disabled adults. After nearly a year of case managing, she became interested in wilderness therapy and moved to Hawaii where she worked in an outdoor behavioral healthcare program for adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and other mental health issues.

For the past year and a half, Angelina has been developing her leadership skills and developing her unique brand of therapeutic practice including the use of rites of passage, horticultural therapy, and evidence-based practices. In her downtime, Angelina enjoys taking island adventures, traveling, live music, dancing, and spending time in nature.
