Setting the Stage for Purposeful Teaching and Learning

At Ekya, Academic Orientation - the flagship annual event is a deep dive into our educational philosophy, classroom culture, and collaborative goals. This is a series of sessions dedicated to equip our educators with the knowledge, tools, and mindset needed to bring the Ekya vision to life in every classroom.

During the orientation, educators will:

✅ Explore Ekya’s curriculum frameworks and learning milestones

✅ Understand our pedagogical approaches and assessment practices

✅ Align with classroom expectations, routines, and academic planning

✅ Engage with the school’s vision, values, and culture of continuous learning

• Refer to the aforementioned sheet to understand the schedule in detail.

• Ensure that you reach the venue on time for all the sessions.

• The School Leadership team will hand over to you a welcome kit along with a temporary ID card.

• Please carry your ID cards on all the days of orientation.

• Refreshments will be provided during your tea break.

• Please bring your lunch on all the days of the orientation.

• Make sure you fill out the attendance and feedback whenever the instruction is given. 

Common Day:

• We have a Common Day on 11 May 2026, during which we will meet the entire Ekya and CMR K-12 family.

• The colour code for the Common Day is Red and/or Beige.

• Ensure you sign the physical attendance copy.
