The ELC team designs all of Ekya’s learning area programs. Our in-house curriculum has been carefully and intentionally developed over the years to give students a new learning experience influenced by the best global teaching methods. Our innovative curriculum design is based on the Understanding by Design (UbD) Framework and benchmarked against international standards and research-based pedagogy. The team also emphasises on meaningful learning experiences for conceptual understanding and skill development.
Ekya PDI is the dedicated internal training arm of Ekya and CMR K-12 community. As an integral part of Ekya's mission to provide a holistic learning environment, the Professional Development Institute focuses on empowering our teachers and staff through comprehensive training programs. PDI team facilitates pre-service training, orientation and all the ongoing training for educators as well as the non-teaching employees.
The Human Resources department is here to take care of all your employment-related processes such as, recruitment, policy enforcement, employee benefits and welfare, training and development, employee relations and so on.

The Marketing, Communications and Admissions Team serves as the driving force behind the institution's outreach efforts. This team plays a pivotal role in not only promoting Ekya and CMR K-12's diverse programs and events but also in facilitating the admissions process. The primary goal is to effectively communicate the unique offerings of Ekya Schools to a wider audience while ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families.
The Student Development vertical empowers students through self-discovery, leadership development, well-being, and service, opening a world of possibilities. From field trips, industrial visits, and outbound treks to after-school clubs and wraparound activities, they curate experiences that enrich classroom learning and foster real-world exploration. Through well-being programs, 1:1 counseling, and community campaigns, the team nurtures students to navigate school and life challenges while becoming compassionate, engaged leaders who feel heard, seen, and valued.
At Ekya and CMR K-12, we aim to empower educators with technology that transcends boundaries, enabling anytime, anywhere learning for students. We leverage cloud-based resources, particularly Google Apps for Education, communication, collaboration, and creation among educators. The technology team will internally coordinate with all the educators individually and with the leadership teams to ensure that there is a seamless integration of all the tech tools. The team is also dedicated to resolving queries promptly to cater to the teaching-learning needs of educators and students.
The Operations Team at Ekya & CMR K-12 plays a pivotal role in ensuring a flawless campus experience, focusing on efficient logistics and management. The team's vision is to create an environment where educators can devote their energy to teaching, and students can fully immerse themselves in learning.
