Fit´n`Green im tree2tree

29. 10. 2021: After a long time of Corona restrictions, it was finally possible for the 14 German Erasmus+ participants to do the first outdoor activity together. We would have liked to do this with our project partners from Serbia and Slovakia, but the Corona situation in Europe would not allow us to do so. We hope that school exchanges will be possible again in 2022 without any problems. On Friday, the 29th October, we made a trip to tree2tree. Tree2tree is a climbing course in the trees where you have to go through different exercises like walking on moving wood strung up on steel ropes or sliding down cable railways. One cable railway spanned a river, lucky for us we had the best weather we could wish for. No rain and the sun was shining the whole time. Since it was one of the girl’s birthday, we got sweets in the end, which was the perfect ending for a beautiful day. We can only recommend tree2tree. It is also suitable for people with fear of heights, because you are safe at all times in the course and there are some places where you can leave the course via a ladder. For the indefatigable, there is the marathon course, which consists of 42 elements and ranges in height from 7m to 16m.

Due to the impossibility to visit partner schools from Germany and Slovakia, as well as impossibillity of their arrivel to Serbia during the first project year, we presented them the landmarks and the "Green" potentials of our city in a virtual way...

21. 10. 2021: Guided tour of Novi Sad by the project students, presenting the main landmarks of the city

We started the walk through the old town (where the most important landmarks are concentrated) in front of the main building of our school. During the walk the students measured their steps, burnt calories, pace, heart rate, etc. as well as filmed the tour. At the end, lunch in the local restaurant "Terasa" (Teracce) serving Serbian national dishes. Because of the conversation we didn't measure every step ... We are missing a shot (records) of the steps across the bridge to the fortress, as well as on our way home (even though we were returning home on foot)...
