Short-term joint staff training event

Bilateral meeting in Novi Sad (SK/RS) between 18. 10. 2021 and 22. 10. 2021

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival of Viera Chovancová and Milota Mikuštiaková in Serbia. Belgrade tour accompanied by Aleksandar Pešić and Marijana Bojović, the representatives of Secondary school "Svetozar Miletić" from Novi Sad. Accommodation in the hotel "Zenit" .

Day 2: Tour of school premises and school restaurant accompanied by Biljana Delić and Dajana Vučaj (project teachers), Tjaša, Nemanja and Dušan (project students); Meeting with the school principal; Lunch in the school training restaurant "Staro Zdanje"- served by the project students.

Afternoon workshop: How to finance the project during Pandemic?“

Day 3: Morning workshop on an official project homepage

Afternoon workshop: „ Virtual activities as a replacement of physical activities during Pandemic.“

Day 4: Guided tour of Novi Sad by the project students, presenting the main landmarks of the city . The students measured the steps, burnt calories, pace, heart rate, etc. as well as filmed the tour.

Art and IT course: “ How to create logo of the project?“ the creation of the project logo with Viera Chovancová, Milota Mikuštiaková, Biljana Delić, Dajana Vučaj, Marijana Bojović (project teachers), Tjaša and Dušan (project students).

At the end, lunch in the local restaurant "Terasa" (Teracce) serving Serbian national dishes.

Day 5: Departure of Viera Chovancová and Milota Mikuštiaková from Serbia

Note: The Short-team joint staff training event was planned for September 2020 in Serbia. Due to the impossibility of travelling (caused by the pandemic of Covid19) it was held in the above mentioned period.


Description of workshops

Day 2: Afternoon workshop: How to finance the project during Pandemic?“

Project teachers learned and discussed how to finance the project activities during the Pandemic. They also talked about Special Costs budget to cover PCR testing as well as „Force Majeure“- possibility to claim money back for cancelled learning activities. ( exchanges) and „ Quaranteen period

Day 3: Morning workshop on an official project homepage

Project teachers checked and approved the layout of the official project homepage and discussed where to upload the future activities and the project logo.

Afternoon workshop: „ Virtual activities as a replacement of physical activities during Pandemic.“

Project teachers learned about practical aspects of virtual activities (financing, combined activity). They agreed that they prefer physical activities to virtual activities. If all 3 schools meet virtually, they will create the project activities suitable for being connected by PC. If 2 schools meet physically, they will carry out most of the activities outdoors because of Pandemic so the third school will not participate in this exchange.

Day 4: Art and IT course:“ How to create logo of the project?“ the creation of the project logo with Viera Chovancová, Milota Mikuštiaková, Biljana Delić, Dajana Vučaj, Marijana Bojović (project teachers), Tjaša and Dušan (project students).

All project teachers learned and tried to create the project logo on PC with the help of students and finally one logo was approved to become official.
