Your financial donation can improve outcomes for EIU students, faculty, staff and the community, through the acquisition of academic collections, creation of digital library collections, construction of state-of-the-art facilities, or improvements to library learning spaces and resources.
Your support will also enrich the whole EIU community and leave a lasting legacy for the scholars of tomorrow. Donors to the Library will enjoy some special benefits.

The EIU Library accepts donations of books and other items such as journals, document... only if they enhance the collection and enrich the university's learning, teaching, and/or research.
Please do not send material without contacting us first. Unsolicited donations may be returned, or disposed of where no contact information is provided.
In the first instance, please contact the librarian at the Circulation Desk (Level 3, Block 4) or send an email to lib@eiu.edu.vn.
Donated material becomes the property of the EIU. Such gifts will be integrated into the Library's existing collections, and cannot be claimed back at a later date. Gifted materials are also subject to similar conditions as existing library's collections, including processing, retention, use and disposal.
Contributions of published and unpublished material can be made to the library's collections.
