How do you do Physical Education online?
Answer: However you want! You are the master of your class. Whether you like to ski, fish, take hikes, skate, run, workout, or even ride horses, you can log your physical activity hours based on your interests!
How do you log physical activity hours?
Answer: You will be provided with a weekly calendar to be handed in each week where you will be required to have a supervisor signature to have as proof of your activity.
What else is involved with Physical Education at St.Isidore?
Answer: Many different aspects of whole body wellness such as Nutrition, Mental Health awareness, Dance, and Outdoor activities are all apart of Physical Education at St.Isidore!
GENERAL OUTCOME A:
Students will acquire skills through a variety of developmentally appropriate movement activities; dance, games, types of gymnastics, individual activities and activities in an alternative environment; e.g., aquatics and outdoor pursuits.

Weekly Challenges
Physical Education 9 has a multitude of weekly challenges to encourage our students to try different activities!
In Health, students will explore a wide variety of topics such as personality discussion. Take your Personality test here!
Snowman Challenge:
Students submit pictures on who can build the biggest snowman! Mr Brown is 6'3"! How tall do you think Mr. Brown's snowman is?
Tips for Success:
HAVE FUN AND BE CREATIVE! You will not be grades on your skills of how well you do an activity, but you will be graded for how much creativity and fun you have!
