Congratulations Seniors!
You made it. You have completed your high school courses! Now a new chapter of your life has begun and we are proud to be part of this significant achievement.
In addition to preserving the contents of your Google Drive, we strongly encourage all students to do the same for your CaliforniaColleges.edu (CCGI) account.
Be advised that after you graduate, there is no system to reset your password if you only have your school email address (i.e. 99999999@egusd.net) as your email login*. You need to add a SECONDARY EMAIL address on CaliforniaColleges.edu in the case that you need to have your password reset. You will receive a password reset email from CaliforniaColleges.edu to this secondary email after graduation with directions as to how to reset your password.
After graduation, you will be able to access records in your My Plan (i.e. saved colleges & careers, uploaded documents, created goals, etc.). You will also now see the final district upload of your grades in the Academic Planner with all associated CSU/UC Eligibility (as well as the CSU application tab).**
Step 1: Log into your EGUSD Portal (aka ClassLink Portal - http://portal.egusd.net/) and sign in with your Synergy log in.
Step 2: Click on the CaliforniaColleges.edu icon
Step 3: Click on your My Profile button. See below to see where to click:
Step 4: Click on the My Account
Step 5: Click on the Edit button
Step 6: Add a secondary email. If you do not have one before June 30th, see a counselor to help you create one. Click on Update to complete this process.
Step 7: Since Graduated students NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO CLASSLINK you will only be able to use secondary email to have your password reset. Secondary emails can only be added while you are a student, hence before graduation.
If you were unable to add your secondary email before you graduated please connect with your school site’s CaliforniaColleges.edu Lead. Your site’s CaliforniaColleges.edu Lead can reach out to CaliforniaColleges.edu to verify that you are a former EGUSD student and support CaliforniaColleges.edu to make the necessary updates to allow your password to be reset.
