What are the steps to register for AP Exams?
Steps to Register
Create a College Board Account
Students taking AP courses will be given a join code by their teacher to add to their myap.collegeboard.org account
Once the student has joined they will be given the option to register for the AP Exam. Registration will be the student's responsibility
The deadline to submit is November 9th, 2023 for BOTH Term 1 and Term 2 Courses.
Students who request to order an exam after the deadline will be charged a $40 Late Registration Fee.
Fees & Payments
College Board applies fees for taking an exam(s). Students have the opportunity to apply for a fee waiver. Please read below for instructions and steps.

Late Registration $40
Students who register for exams after the deadline will be required to pay a late registration fee. This fee will be required regardless of waiver.
Cancellation/Unused Exams $40
There is a $40 fee for students who decide after the October ordering deadline not to take an exam that was ordered for them, instead of the full exam fee. The $40 fee applies to any unused or canceled exam, including an exam ordered for a student who qualifies for a College Board fee reduction. It’s important to tell your AP coordinator if you decide not to take an exam. ***Students who receive a waiver will also be required to pay a $40 fee

Select Exams that your student has registered for
Check out using your credit/debit card or electronic check
If you do not qualify for the waiver and would like to request a payment plan, please reach out to the exam coordinator at your school site
