Please bring your child’s immunization records with you at the time of registration. You may view and print a digital copy of your child’s California vaccine record at: MyVaccineRecord.CDPH.CA.gov
The California Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program provides vaccines for eligible children at no cost. Find a VFC provider in your area using the locator.
Beginning January 1, 2021 all new medical exemptions for school and child care entry must be issued through the California Immunization Registry - Medical Exemption website (CAIR-ME).
