  • Screenagers: The Next Chapter Uncovering Skills For Stress Resilience is a documentary which examines the science behind the emotional challenges of teens, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age.

Parenting in the Digital Age: Supporting Children in Being Safe, Healthy, and Responsible While Navigating Social Media and Their Digital Lives

Even the most in-tune parents/guardians could use some extra resources and tips for keeping up with the fast-changing digital world. This workshop addresses concerns that families of K-12 grade students might have about social media, cyberbullying, managing screen time and more. Participants will be given time to explore resources that are available on our EGUSD Digital Citizenship website and ask questions of the presenters.
