Screenagers: Growing Up In The Digital Age, is a documentary which reveals how tech time impacts kids' development and also offers solutions on how parents can empower their kids to best navigate the digital world to find balance.
Screenagers: The Next Chapter Uncovering Skills For Stress Resilience is a documentary which examines the science behind the emotional challenges of teens, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age.

Even the most in-tune parents/guardians could use some extra resources and tips for keeping up with the fast-changing digital world. This workshop addresses concerns that families of K-12 grade students might have about social media, cyberbullying, managing screen time and more. Participants will be given time to explore resources that are available on our EGUSD Digital Citizenship website and ask questions of the presenters.
