Wind Youth offers access to shelters for youth 12-24. There are three separate shelters - Adolescent Shelter (ADO) for youth 12-17, Common Ground Shelter (CoC) for ages 18-24, and the Transition Age Youth (TAY) shelter for youth 18-24 after successful completion of the common ground shelter. The drop-in center offers warm meals, laundry, peer support, counseling, education and employment services.

HART stands for Homeless Assistance Resource Teams and there are nine area teams in Sacramento County, including Elk Grove, South Sacramento and Folsom Cordova. All HART programs are linked with Sacramento Self-Help Housing (SSHS) Navigators who assist with tenant/landlord or property management problems including the eviction process.
