Volunteering for a committee is a great way to actively support the students and staff at Lakeside! Weather helping with events, school improvement projects, or treating the staff to a well-deserved snack, there is a place for everyone to contribute. Most of these committees have very flexible volunteering hours and are a fun way to connect with those in the community while makig a positive impact on the school. Help keep Lakeside beautiful! The Landscaping Committee maintains the entrance planters and gardens, providing natural beauty and interest for students, teachers, staff, and visitors.

The Hospitality Committee works to show appreciation to our teachers and staff and support events the school hosts with guests (Veterans Day Assembly Reception, Author Visit Teacher Lunch, and much more).

The Lost and Found Committee helps gather, organize, and occasionally display items that students, teachers, and staff have lost. Help reunite those winter gloves!

The PTO provides a cabinet of often-used classroom supplies for teachers to pull from when they are out. Help keep this cabinet stocked and organized, and relaying requests for items to the front office.

Fun Day happens near the end of school each year. It is highly anticipated by students each year and full of all sorts of games and excitement. Volunteers are crucial to help prepare for the event and to staff the stations on Fun Day
