When?
Every Thursday morning from 7:45 a.m. - 8:05 a.m. The front doors at Breton are unlocked at 7:40 a.m. Students should enter the building at 7:40 a.m. through door 1 by the office and report directly to the music room. Students may grab a bagged breakfast on their way to the music room.
Students will be dismissed at 8:05 am to report to their class line or safety post. At this time, they may eat their breakfast.
Requirements
Please be on time for rehearsals (7:40 a.m. sign-in). We move quite fast in choir! Arriving late can cause students to miss vocal warm ups or important content/announcements.
Attend all rehearsals and concerts unless excused (A written note or e-mail to: rlinton@egrps.org ).
Commit to the group! It shows responsibility and respect
Use critical thinking and good musicianship during each rehearsal

Our first choir rehearsal is THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th. Please feel free to come to the second rehearsal if you miss the first!

Remind
In case of any emergencies or communication needs, I have set up a Remind texting link. This will allow me to send a text to you, contingent upon signing up, with any reminders or last-minute announcements. This will be the best way to communicate with me quickly.
You do not need to sign up for the app to receive Remind messages. You are able to receive Remind messages as a text.

Choir Shirts
Please select your child's t-shirt size on the sign-up form and then pay online through SchoolPay.
We will continue to use the same choir shirt design as previous years. If you already have an EGR choir shirt, you do not need to re-purchase.

Breakfast
If your child(ren) would like breakfast while they are here for choir, we will ensure that they have the opportunity to do so. Students will be pick up a bagged breakfast on their way to choir.
Safeties
If your child is assigned to a post that will conflict with choir rehearsals, they are encouraged to find a sub for Wednesday mornings. It is okay if they cannot find someone to fill their post. If they have any questions, they may talk to their homeroom teacher or Mrs. Radecki. It is possible to do both!
