She pursed her Bachelor's at VSSUT Burla. She was awarded the certificate of excellence for securing the second highest marks in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2019) in electrical engineering among the BTech students of the university (score of 591 & All India percentile of 95.5). There, she worked on the simulation and hardware implementation of AC wave generation from solar PV modules using MPPT technique for her Btech project.

During her bachelor's, in 2018, she was a summer intern at the Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) Ltd, where she studied the operation and maintenance of generating units, 132kV and 11kV switching equipment, water, and high-pressure oil pumps. Also, she completed a summer training course at Central Tool Room and Training Centre, Bhubaneswar, on industrial automation using PLC in 2016.
