Background: medical and dental center that caters primarily to the hispanic population in the area

Problem: patients were unable to find the Clinic, geotagging on Google Maps was rooting people to another location. Visiting patients weren't engaging in reviews.

Opportunities: define exact location, satisfied patients should be tracked, increase search rank and findability.

Results: geo tagg modified so now people can easily find and access directly at door step/front door, ranks highest when searching for "Clinica" near Miramar / "Medical" near Miramar. Customer Satisfaction and engagement post visit is been tracked creating "raving fans". Clinic is now has a VR Tour where people can visit online. Business and traffic have significantly increased.
