Description: Are you a graduating student that would like to forgo college and pursue a successful career in real estate? At Aborn Powers, Inc., we get that not all careers require a college degree. If you are driven, like to help people, and would like to pursue a rewarding career in real estate we are interested in mentoring you. We will invest in the right candidates that have a genuine interest by providing 9 weeks of intensive marketing coaching, social media training, company photography, one-on-one training with our sales director, weekly team building activities, purchased leads, and more. Our mission is to serve God and our communities by caring for those around us. We do that by empowering those we work with to impact those around them significantly. We believe students should have alternative choices to pursue their career goals. That is why the support we offer is rivaled by no other real estate brokerage.
Age Requirement: Must enroll in a real estate pre-licensing course (135 hours) to be eligible for our mentorship/coaching program. Must be 18 years of age to receive license.
Other Requirements: Must be a Rockstar to apply. We are only interested in meeting with students who are serious about joining us to embark on a career path in real estate sales. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and are dedicated.

El Dorado Hills Community Services District

Description: EDHCSD has served the community for nearly 60 years, and currently owns and manages approximately 535 acres of land comprised of 254 acres of parks and 281 acres of open space throughout El Dorado Hills. The District manages the funding of all District programs and facilities for residents of all ages. We oversee and operate Community Pool, Gilmore Senior Center, EDH Skate Park, enrichment programs for all ages as well as Youth Services through the Recreation Department. Resident Services includes CC&Rs, Design Review Committee, Registration, and contract services. There are multiple opportunities available. Experimental Aviation Association Chapter 512 - Flying Start Program
Type of Job Shadow: Part-time
Description: Flying Start is an EAA program for chapters to use to reach out to the local community, and provides a pathway to invite interested people to the world of flight. Through Flying Start, chapters and chapter members will break down the barriers commonly encountered by the non-aviation community that prevent people from becoming a pilot. Flying Start participants will walk away from the event with an, “I can do this” point of view, a clear understanding of how flying can fit into their lives, and a good idea of what they can do with this avocation. EAA 512 Flying Start event is scheduled for May 15, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Age Requirements: Eagle flights will be available for participants 18 and older. The Young Eagles program is for youth ages 8–17 (these flights are offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers).
