DePauw has earned the distinction of being one of the nation’s elite liberal arts and sciences colleges by offering our 2,400 students uncommon educational experiences. DePauw is a place rich in intellectual engagement, a home to faculty members who are deeply dedicated to teaching and are recognized authorities in their fields, and to students who are passionate about learning. Our diverse curriculum provides depth and breadth, with 49 majors and 56 minors offered in the College of Liberal Arts and Science, and four professional degree programs offered in the School of Music. DePauw students hail from 42 states and 50 countries. Our students have the opportunity to hone their leadership skills by participating in the 120+ student organizations and in 29 athletic teams. DePauw provides students access to research, internships, leadership, and community service opportunities and over 98% of students take advantage of these opportunities.
