The students will be attending a workshop throughout the day with the eSmart team:

• Year P - 2 Workshop: Keeping Ourselves Safe Online

• Year 3 - 6 Workshop: Digital Footprint

As part of eSmart Day, we are hosting two Parent Information Sessions designed to support you in guiding your child’s digital safety and wellbeing.

What You’ll Learn:

• Understanding the digital landscape and the risks involved

• Practical tips for monitoring and guiding your child’s online activities

• How to set up parental controls and privacy settings

• Encouraging healthy digital habits

Why Attend?

Where? 

The parent sessions will be held in the WPS multipurpose hall. 

Parent Information Session Times:

• Session 1: 9:00am (after drop off)

• Session 2: 2:40pm (before the end of the school day)

In today’s world, where technology is a central part of learning and daily life, it is essential for parents and schools to work together to protect and empower our students. Attending one of these sessions will equip you with tools and strategies to support your child in navigating the online world safely.

We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to attend one of the sessions. By partnering together, we can ensure our students develop the knowledge and skills they need to be safe, smart, and responsible digital citizens.
