Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy. Our physical, mental, emotional and social health are all equally important and all contribute to our wellbeing. As parents and educators, it is important that we foster all of these areas this in our children from an early age to increase their likelihood to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life.
