Skill Fundamentals
"Practise does not make perfect. Only perfect practise makes perfect. "
-Vince Lombardi (American Football Coach)
Here our Knox PE Teacher break down skills to their base components to help you fully understand the steps needed to complete each action 'perfectly'. Each of these skills are transferable between many different games, activities and sports. Take the steps outlined by the teachers to enhance your skills.
For Teachers, accompanying Assessment Tasks and Rubics are included for each skill component for you to use. The Tasks and Rubrics are developmental, and relate to both Fundamental Motor Skill phases and Victorian Curriculum outcomes.
