Director of Wellbeing
Nicole is a qualified counsellor with registration under the Australian Counselling Association who manages crisis situations, short term counselling, supporting pathways, referrals, mentoring and group work
Completes assessments of mental health concerns, support plans and makes referrals to external supports
Oversee educational responsibilities of students in Out of Home Care
Organise and facilitate group supports according to the needs of the cohort
Nicole oversees and leads the responsibilities of the wellbeing team and whole school wellbeing approaches.
Director of Inclusion, Intervention and Diversity
Promote positive mental health by implementing mental health and wellbeing supports and building staff capacity (Tier 1 and 2 supports)
Lead the Learning Support Officer’s (integration aides) Team in the planning of class support timetables and provision of additional programs.
Lead the Directors of Teaching and Learning to ensure an inclusive environment for students with disabilities and or identified need
Build staff capacity to design and implement individualised adjustments including pedagogical modifications in the classroom.

James can be found in the classroom, in the yard and out about as on the ground wellbeing support.
James organises and liases support for families in need through community partnerships
Supporting students to engage in education through re-engagement strategies and program
Mental Health Practitioner
Amy holds a Bachelor of Education/Outdoor Recreation and a Masters of Social Work
Registered under the Australian Association Social Workers
Amy can provide direct counselling support to students and other early intervention services
Amy is a great person to support in the co ordination of supports for students and families with more complex needs
Contributing to whole-school approaches to health prevention and promotion
Working Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Mentoring students

Providing support in areas such as student attendance, engagement and mental health
Providing students, their families and staff with support and/or appropriate referrals
Providing pastoral care and guidance to students about values and ethical matters, referring students, or sourcing appropriate services to meet their needs, which may involve access to services in the community
Student Counsellor
Provide one on one counselling for students of all ages (children and adolescents)
Complete risk assessments and safety planning of students is crisis
Working with students to support them with de-escalation and engagement.
Plan, develop, implement and facilitate targeted group interventions to students at risk students.
Working Days: Wednesday and Friday
