"Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness. It’s a complex combination of a person's physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life."

Paws for Thought
Paws 4 Thought is back on Thursdays! Animal Assisted Therapy is a great tool for engaging young people and it also makes them feel calm and happy. So on Thursdays young people can come socialize with each other and chat informally about what they may be on their minds with some supporting headspace humans. See flyer for more information.
