Parent/guardian permission is required when photos are taken of students.

Unless instructed by your partnering teacher, do not take photos of students. Taking photos of the school (without students) is permitted.

Volunteers are encouraged to store personal items not required in the classroom in the volunteers cupboard in the staff room.
Out of courtesy, we ask that you wipe down tables and clean equipment after use. Please also ensure that nothing is left on the Staff Room table after use.

All children can learn! It is our professional duty to provide the appropriate learning opportunities so our students experience success while being taken “from the known to the unknown.”
All Staff
Student well-being is considered a curriculum issue. Students that experience success in their school work, generally display high levels of self-confidence. They exhibit confidence in tackling new areas of learning and generally possess a positive attitude towards school. Children who are succeeding at school rarely present as behavioural problems.
Providing relevant and challenging, yet achievable tasks to children is an essential element to effective teaching.
All staff need to ensure they are familiar with the Student Wellbeing and Engagement Policy 2024.
All Volunteers
While volunteers are not expected to design curriculum, they are an integral part of the delivery of learning tasks. We thus ask volunteers to be aware of the expectations above and be familiar with the Student Wellbeing and Engagement Policy 2024.
