Fouls, Penalties and Free Throws

European handball fouls are similar to basketball fouls, In European hand ball there are many things that will be consider a foul if you push, hit, grab or shove any one it will be a foul if there is a foul close to the semicircle the team that was fouled will be awarded a penalty were one player on your team takes a free shot no one can get in the way and only the goalie can be there to try to defend the ball. If you are fouled and you are not close to the semicircle you will get a free through were you can through the ball and no one can get in your way when you through the ball the game will continue.

How the goals work

When scoring a goal it will count as one goal after scoring the ball will start in the center of the court were the opposite team will start with the ball were they can pass it to anyone on your team. If anyone gets injured by the opposite team it will consider a freekick or penalty it matters how bad it is and the spot it is on so if it is near the goal it will consider a penalty but if it is out not near the goal it will be a freekick. A freekick is when the team that got taken the foul it will be a free throw from the spot were the place was fouled and you can shoot or pass the ball.

Goalkeeping rules

If you shoot and the goal keeper saves it and it goes out then it will be a corner were one person from the other team will get to through the ball in. If the other team shoots and misses and the goalie does not touch it then it will be the goalies ball. The goal keeper can use there hands to save the ball from going in.

how to start a game

To start a game of European handball you need a square field you can you cones to make the field. There will be to goals in the on both ends of the field. You also need a semi circle around the goal were no one can go in but the goalie if you go in that semi circle it will be the opposing teams ball.

Positions

There are 2 goalkeepers on the court that try and not let the ball in and they have gloves so they don't hurt from the ball if some one power shoots onto your hands. Then there is a left & right wing that they are on the edge top of the court it matters were they are if they are a left or on the right if you are on the right you are on the top right same goes for the left wing. Then there are left & right back they are the same as the left & right wing but they are at the back. Then there is a center back which is in the middle.
