HOW TO PLAY ONLINE

  1. Go to chess.com and sign up by selecting the Google icon.

  2. Click on your DoE email address and you're in!

  3. You can also be a spectator and watch a live game - see below for instructions.

HOW TO INVITE A FRIEND TO PLAY

STEP 1

Go to chess.com and click Play on the left side of the page then choose + New Game.

STEP 2

Navigate to the right and select Play a Friend.

STEP 3

You can add a friend or send them an invite link. Click Challenge Link and post the link in the Zoom chat.

HOW TO WATCH A LIVE GAME

On the right column,

  1. Select the GAMES tab in the middle.

  2. Then Watch.

  3. Type in the username of the person you wish to watch in the search bar OR have one of the players send a link in the chat.
