Last Friday, our school was filled with colourful pyjamas and smiles as students and staff celebrated PJ Day together. Everyone came to school dressed in their favourite pyjamas to support foster kids with big dreams, showing our caring school spirit. With everyone’s help, we raised a fantastic $151, which will go towards making a difference in the lives of foster children.
A massive thank you to Vicki and Emma for running the canteen on the day—your help made everything run smoothly and added to the fun atmosphere. Well done everyone for making a difference!
Last Thursday, we were thrilled to welcome an AFL clinic to our school! Olivia and Daltyn introduced our students to all the essential skills of AFL. The kids got involved, showed fantastic effort, and picked up new skills quickly – it was a tremendous success!
Everyone had so much fun and learned so much that we’ve arranged for the clinic to return for another three weeks. We can’t wait to continue building our AFL skills and enjoying these energetic sessions together!
Mrs Hodgson and Ms Kris hatched a secret plan with our Kindy students to mark a very special milestone—their first 100 days of school! To celebrate, everyone dressed up as if they were 100 years old. We had lots of laughs, some very cute “old people,” and a fantastic surprise for the whole school.
It was wonderful to see students across the school showing kindness and helping the “elderly” around. The celebration brought out some beautiful moments and highlighted just how much our youngest learners have grown in their first 100 days. We are so proud of their learning, effort, and the positivity they share every day.
