Learning

I have the right to learn and should respect the rights of others to learn, through:

  • Regular and punctual attendance at school.

  • A positive approach to all classroom activities.

  • The completion of all required work, at school and at home.


Personal Development

I have the right to develop my skills and talents and should support others in their own pursuits, through:

  • Taking part in school and community activities.

  • Offering the best of my ability at all times.

  • Taking pride in my own achievements.

  • Encouraging the endeavour and achievement of others.


Respect

I have the right to be treated with fairness and respect and will treat others the same way, through:

  • Maintaining a polite manner in dealing with all members of the school community.

  • Avoiding injury or harm to others be it physical, emotional or mental.

  • Protecting personal property.

  • Meeting the expectations of the school community .


Tolerance

I have the right to be treated equally regardless of my gender, ethnic background, religion, cultural practices or sexual preference through:

  • Valuing all individuals regardless of their gender or sexual preference.

  • Respecting the race, religion and culture of others.

  • Respecting the right of others to have differing beliefs and opinions.


School Environment

I have the right to safe and clean school environment through:

  • Taking care of buildings, grounds, equipment and furniture.

  • Keeping classrooms and the playground neat and tidy.
