Head Teacher Wellbeing  - Amanda Saladine (Located on the bottom level of C Block)

• Assists the Principal, Deputy Principals, Year Advisors and Class Teachers in ensuring the welfare and safety of students, through a variety of support measures.

• Implementation of whole school welfare programs.

• Leads Student Learning and Support Officers.

• Oversees transition.

Outcomes:

• Student relationships, partnerships and engagement between settings enhanced

• Professional relationships, partnerships and engagement between settings enhanced. 

• Educator knowledge of student need, leading to appropriate programs based on student requirements increased. 

• Consistent application of programs and practices for student and learning maintained.

• Student familiarity and understanding of new environment and practices leading to success increased. 

Works collaboratively with our wellbeing team in aiding Year Advisors and Class teachers in the development of Individual Education Plans. Overseas SLSO’s, breakfast club and many other wellbeing programs.
