Zoom Meetings Guide

Step 1. Sign into your zoom account using your school login details.

Step 2. Click on the link your teacher has posted on ClassDojo, Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams.

Step 3. Wait for your teacher to give you access to the meeting.

Note - If the link does not work, go into your zoom account and click on 'join meeting' then enter the Meeting ID and password as prompted. The Meeting ID and password can be found in the post from the teacher on your child's online class platform.

Your department credentials are the log in details that your child uses to log into the computers at school. This will be your child's firstname.surname (it may be followed by a number). If your child is unsure of their User ID and password please contact the class teacher.

If you are logging on to Zoom on an iPad it may prompt for a SSO (single sign on).

If you are having trouble connecting to a Zoom meeting please make sure you are signed into the Zoom App with your child's school email account. You will be unable to connect to the meeting if the account being used is not a NSW Department of Education email address. If using a shared device you may find that you have been automatically signed into another family member's account.
