You need to be able to manage time to ensure projects are finessed.

You learn on your feet.
It allows you to be you!
It’s fun!
Term 1
In Term 1, we learn to create theatre using improvisation and physical theatre.
This unit focusses on developing a sense of ensemble and teamwork and gives students the skills they will need to be successful in the HSC Group Project.
Term 2
In Term 2, we study theatrical movements throughout history. This sets us up for the theoretical studies we do in the HSC.
In Term 2, students are able to choose which project they want to do. This year, we have students doing costume design, set design, performance, and script writing.
This helps students understand what is needed for the Individual Project of the HSC.
Term 3
In Term 3, we do a production of a play. This helps students to gain experience in theatrical production and performance elements.
Students share responsibilities of performance, directing, lighting, costume, set, and publicity.
