While you are at home, you need to know that your effort is helping others in the community avoid catching the virus.
This is only temporary, but let's get the most out of it by having some fun, challenging our brains and maintaining healthy habit. This means - have a routine! Get regular sleep, take breaks and move around.

Aim:
To move all of the characters from this side of the river to the other side.
People:
Mother, Daughter 1, Daughter 2
Father, Son1, Son2
Prisoner
Warden
Rules: Only 2 people can be on the raft at any time.
The mother cannot be left alone with the 2 sons
The father cannot be left alone with the 2 daughters
The children cannot travel unattended
The prisoner cannot be left with the parents or children
Only adults can operate the raft.

Singing
Singing is a great activity for your wellbeing,
it helps you have deep breathing (calming for the body and mind)
you can sing together with your friends to feel connected
it raises endorphins- oxytocin and dopamine (feel-good hormones)
it lowers cortisol (stress)
it boosts your confidence
and it can empower you singing loudly, even if you aren't perfect
