Students submit applications for Accelerated Study
Edval Webchoice codes will be sent to students via email; students make SEVEN (three first preferences and four reserves) choices online.
Students will be given a time by which they need to have made their subject selection preferences. It does not matter how quickly they make their preferences, although students are reminded that the ranking of their preferences is important for their confirmed subject list.
After this date, the Edval system will run an algorithm which will take into account all ordered preferences and will create subject lines that maximise student choice. It is important to note that students need to be prepared to study any of their seven chosen electives and are not guaranteed their top three preferences.
We will publish courses, lines etc. and students will have two opportunities to request changes via a change request form and letter from parents/carers (subject to availability):
Shortly after lines and subjects are published in Term 4
During the first 2 weeks of Term 1, 2026. Further information will be provided at the beginning of the school year.
Please note that the offering of a subject is not a guarantee that the course will run. Final classes being run and their alignment on the timetable will be based on overall interest levels and whole‐school considerations.
