Teachers - Use a consistent school wide or district wide LMS. Skill up on the top 5 most used features of your LMS and start off slow BUT effective. Understand the value of organzing and structuring on-demand, self-paced, content from the eyes of your students.
Students - Practice navigating through your LMS and develop a routine of checking your LMS every morning and multiple times throughout the day for each of your courses. If you've missed a communication or learning activity from one of your teachers that didn't come through your LMS, respectfully remind your teachers that your LMS is your "go to" launch point.
Parents/ Families - Learn to navigate your learner's LMS just as good as your learner can. Devleop a routine of checking in with your student regularly through their LMS.
