Complaint Regarding Expired Paints Purchased
Respected Sir,
I hope you are well enough to receive my message. I'm writing to let you know about an issue I had with the paints I recently bought from Dhendup Hardware. I bought the paints for a class assignment as the class captain, only to find out later that they had expired and were useless.
My goal in coming to your business was to buy some paint for our class assignment. Unfortunately, after looking more closely, I saw that the paint cans' expiration date had expired six months prior, rendering them useless.I think it goes without saying that this has put my classmates and I in a challenging predicament. We were counting on the caliber of the supplies as we anxiously prepared for our project we acquired. Please replace the paints without charging me more, as I really request. Given the impending deadline for our project, it would be very appreciated if the replacement could be scheduled within the next week. I'm hoping you'll give this some serious thought and have it resolved quickly.
