As a final product, we have created a website where we collect and display all the activities carried out throughout the project. This site serves not only as a summary of our collaborative work but also as a tool for dissemination. It allows us to share the project outcomes with the wider educational community, including families, other teachers, and local institutions. Through this platform, we also introduce our schools, helping others learn more about our educational contexts and fostering stronger international connections. By showcasing both our work and our centres, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of sustainability and encourage further collaboration across Europe.
