Chromebooks have several settings that can assist you in your learning.
You can find the settings on a Chromebook by clicking on one of the lower corners of the screen and then clicking on the "gear" icon.
You can customize the font size and font type to make your Chromebook feel comfortable for you.
Under "Accessibility," there are settings where you can enable features such as text-to-speech and screen appearance customization.
If you enable text-to-speech, you can have text read aloud by highlighting the text and pressing the search button (magnifying glass) + s.
Here you can find more tips on settings.

In the tools menu, you'll find features like voice typing, translation, and accessibility settings. Voice typing and translation are continually improving, so feel free to inform the students about these features!

The service is also available as a mobile app. The basic range is free, while some books are marked with a "T." Students can access these if a special education teacher determines it is necessary.
