Number Buddies is a wider achievement that can go towards the Saltire Award or Duke of Edinburgh Award but is about giving back to the school community, helping pupils in younger years with their numeracy and mathematics skills. 

In S5 or S6 you choose this wider achievement you will either work as a support in a maths classroom or one to one with a pupil in either S1 or S2 to give them extra guidance with their studies. All material is provided, all that is needed it a will to help and a dedication to show up weekly.
