a questionnaire on Google Forms that can be used anonymously for a big group of people

Feelings on body
students are divided into groups and each group is given a different emotion. They are to discuss in groups where on or in their bodies they experience these emotions. Then using a blank template of a figure, colour in the sections of the body where these emotions are experienced.
students act out a situation without words in which their chosen feeling occurs. The others try to recognize the feeling.
Emotion diary
at the end of each day, reflect on the feelings that you had during the day: when, where, with whom, etc.

Lithuania: walk in a zoo observing animals and reflecting on the connection between humans and animals; outdoor ball games
