Welcome to Online PE learning Grades 3-5!
You guys have been working exceptionally hard all year so lets keep going! Now, its very important to keep your fitness and skills levels up by doing some physical activities whilst you are at home so every week I'm going to set you a task, which you can upload to Seesaw! This could be learning a new skill or having a little workout or even just playing!
Skills & Fitness
Its very important that while we are not in school, that we are still very active keeping ourselves fit and learning new skills. Therefore I have created 2 sections below for helping us do this. Can we practice at least one for 20 minutes every day? You need to : - 1. Choose one SKILL to master from either the "In-the-house" or "Backyard" games and practice this skill. 2. Choose one FITNESS challenge to do - it can be jogging, skipping, yoga, running or a fitness workout from the videos below You have all week to try at least one of the activities and you MUST upload one video to Seesaw. Please also comment if you enjoyed it and how it felt after you worked out! Just get started here https://sites.google.com/edu.kis.ac.th/mrbenspehub/online-learning/stay-home-skills
Performers of the week!
Here are the best videos from this week! Check out the awesome videos from Niska (G3), Bea and Bujji (G4) and Alicia (G5).
10 House points to each one - well done girls!!
Don't forget to do at least one activity EVERY day for at least 20 minutes and then upload a video onto Seesaw. Don't forget to comment on it. How do you feel when you do something active? Think physically (is your body warm? did you sweat? which muscles or parts of the body did you use do you think?) and also mentally (did you enjoy playing? why? what were you thinking as you played?) Don't forget to comment (nicely!) on your classmates video. What are they doing really well?
Super Sporty Videos!!
We are going to feature the most creative videos of you guys working out on here! So, use your best ICT/acting or just sporting skills and upload them to Seesaw. Don't forget you can use Imovie or TikTok (#mrbenpe #stayathomeskills #kis) to add cool music and effects!
This weeks' top video goes to Arj in G4 for his James Bond-esque video for doing the plank! Great work!

KIS Online learning - Week 2
Hi everybody! Today's challenge is skipping! Its a great form of exercise used by many athletes from gymnastics to boxing. It involves developing your coordination whilst keeping fit at the same time! Can you.. 1. Use the instructions attached and see how many different skipping exercises you can do. 2. How many skips can you do without stopping? I will try to set up a sheet so we can see who gets the top scores! Remember - We should be doing 20 minutes of activity every day, so make sure you break up all your schoolwork with some activity regularly!
