Early Literacy

Incorporate the 5 practices of early literacy into your library programming: Reading, Talking, Writing, Singing & Playing.

1. Story Time (Reading)

  • Rhythms & Rhymes Story Time. Use movement, bells, sticks, shakers and more.
  • Movement and Song Story Time (Reading, Singing, & Playing)
